Returns & refunds
At AQUAHOLICS we pride ourselves on after sales support.
1. If you find the goods are faulty or the wrong size please return
to us un-used and we will exchange or refund them if returned in original
packaging.
2. If goods have been damaged in transit please contact us immediately
and sign delivery notes as damaged.
3. If goods have been used we cannot offer a refund.
4. You are liable for the return carriage to us. We will provide
free carriage back to you. When sending returns please contact us
first and send the goods by a registered,insured courier.
5. Warranties - We will offer the same warranty as provided by
manufacturer. Please return goods to us and we sort everything out
for you. All dive gear sold by AQUAHOLICS is CE certified and UK
specifications, no dodgy imports.
